RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING- We have many interpersonal relationships in our lives: spouse, significant others, children, parents, siblings, friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc. I can assist you in establishing and maintaining positive relationships.

STRESS AND COPING ISSUES- My stress program includes individual sessions, group sessions, workshops on specific topics of stress, and speaking to groups. Stress can be controlled and even useful in our lives. My program explains and teaches how this is a possibility in your life.

MEDIATION- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) offers a less adversarial process of problem solving between two or more parties. ADR brings all involved together in an attempt to work out an acceptable solution. The goal is an agreement designed and implemented by those involved.

FAMILY BUSINESS ISSUES- As family businesses grow and new generations of family members become involved in business operations, new and often unforeseen issues appear. These issues are unique because both family relationships and business relationships are impacted. I can help you look at your distinct situation.
